Things you need to know when deciding whether to get instagram for pregnancy aqua:
- It is my only way of announcing to the whole group if class is cancelled for any reason.
- I often share useful information, pelvic floor reminders, opportunities for feedback, and your class-mates' baby announcements.
- It is not compulsory, as long as you don't mind running the risk of turning up to an empty pool one day (having said that, it is very rare for class to be cancelled)
If you decide against accessing instagram:
- I always respect everyone's individual choices.
- What to bring to the pool:Â
- $10 cash
- Water bottle
- Towel
- Snack in case
- Dressing gown is recommended in winter for when you get out of the pool
- The Noosa Springs pool is difficult to find. I recommend looking it up prior and aiming to arrive early the first time. (There are videos of where to park and how to get there on my instagram).
- Come whenever it suits you at any point in your pregnancy. The earlier the start, the better.
